We currently only ship within the UK. Please see our shipping options at checkout. When you place an order with us, we aim to dispatch it within 3 working days (often much sooner, and occasionally the same day!).

Royal Mail 2nd Class: is an estimated delivery time of 2 to 4 working days. The time scale is used as a guide and not guaranteed.

Royal mail 1st Class: The estimated delivery time for this service is 1 to 3 working days. Once again the time scale is used as a guide and not guaranteed.

Next Working Day: This service is only available for a UK Mainland delivery address (excludes Scottish Highlands). Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will aim to be dispatched the same day. Please note that the delivery time can be up until 6pm and a signature will be required upon delivery.  We currently cannot offer a Saturday delivery service so all orders placed before 12pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday (excluding public holiday).

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Christmas 2025 Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns on all purchases from 1st November 2025 until 15th January 2026, giving you plenty of time to exchange or return gifts. Please note that items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.  All others terms and conditions below still stand.

Buying Online 

If the item/s you have ordered isn't right, you have 14 days to return to us at the below address. This return will be at your own cost. 

All items must be returned with the original tags and where the tags aren't attached unfortunately a refund won't be given. When we receive your items back at store they will be inspected and where the item complies with the above a full refund will be given within 14 days and you will be notified by email.

Faulty Items

If the item you have ordered is faulty, please send back to the above address, once the item is received back instore, we will inspect it and a replacement, or a full refund will be given.

Buying In Store

Change of Heart

If you get home and have a change of heart you are more than welcome to bring the item back within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.  Please note our policy for exchanges and credit notes are 14 days on full price items and 7 days for Sale items.

Faulty Item

If you find a fault with the item you have bought, please get the item back to store within 28 days where we will inspect the item and offer a full refund or a replacement.

Credit/Debit card payments will normally be processed within 2 days of your order being received and can take 5-10 working days to for your card provider to credit your account.

PayPal payments will normally be processed within 2 days of your order being received in store and will usually appear immediately on your account.
